Project WILD (Wildlife in Learning Design) is an internationally acclaimed K-12 curriculum enhancement program. Based on the premise that young people and educators have a vital interest in learning about our natural world, Project WILD addresses the need for human beings to develop as responsible citizens of our planet.

At this lively and engaging workshop, participants will be introduced to Project WILD materials, activities, and strategies. Through hands-on practice, participants will gain the experience and confidence needed to work with and to integrate Project WILD into their programs. Participants will receive a free copy of the Project WILD K-12 Curriculum and Activity Guide.

This workshop is geared toward non-formal educators, including summer camp staff, after-school programs and youth group leaders. Space is limited. Please register here by Monday, June 22.

This FREE workshop is being run by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation at Greenvale Park. It is funded through the "Return A Gift to Wildlife" program.
