Baseball in glove.
This program is open to children in the town aged 7 to 14 who have never played baseball/softball or those who have left the game and would like to come back.  It will feature basic baseball/softball skills and life skills using the curriculum from the award winning "Badges for Baseball" program. 

The camp will run from 5:30 to 8:00 PM from August 17th to the 21st.  It will use the Small Field at Red Oaks Mills Park.

The program is free.  It is staffed by experienced volunteer coaches. Costs are offset by a grant from United Water and the Cal Ripken Foundation.

This camp is being organized and run by the Poughkeepsie Cal Ripken Baseball League. Non-league members are welcome to participate. For information contact Vinny Damato at president@pokbaberuth.org.
