Walkway Over the Hudson

  • This is a New York State Park. Contact the Taconic Region NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation at 845-889-4100 for more information.
  • The Walkway is the former Poughkeepsie Rail Road Bridge over the Hudson River.
  • It is 212 feet above the water and 1.2 miles long, connecting the City of Poughkeepsie to the Town of Lloyd.
  • Parking is limited. There are parking areas on Parker Avenue in the City of Poughkeepsie and Haviland Road in Lloyd.
